Repeated colds

i have caught every cold/virus that my children have brought home this school year - it’s literally a full head cold every other month. I have asthma so often it leads to a chest infection and antibiotics possibly steroids - this process can wipe me out for over 3 weeks, then I pick up then next virus. Never seem to get sick bugs etc but if it’s respiratory thing I make hard work of it

Has anyone with a similar weaknesses managed to find any form of supplement/prevention that actually works? I have a good diet & eat all my fruit and veg.

ive had a cold every month for the last year. I have one now and yes, as soon as my DD gets one, I know I’m getting it next. The trouble is, it’s only a sniffle for her, for me, I’m floored for a week or two until the next one a couple of weeks later and the cycle starts again.

Same here. No solutions. Seems to be since they've sprayed the crao out of everything thanks to covid.wqs fine before that

Interesting to mention covid - definitely feel we have had more then before covid - it’s exhausting & puts a spanner into any exercise I try to do
