Hi everyone,

just here for a bit of a rant and to let other mummas out there know they aren’t alone…

so since I’ve had my wee boy in Jan I’ve been struggling with anxiety, thinking the worst case scenario in every situation and having to really talk myself down and be like you’re over reacting.

anyway it’s been really bothering me as starting to feel like I wasn’t enjoying all the wee moments as I was just worrying so I went to the drs…
the dr decided to tell me just to go more walks (I already go at least 1 or 2 a day) and to eat more fruit and veg. Honestly how annoying…
I have a great support in my family and my partner so they have managed to help me and I am feeling better however I just wanted to post to tell people they aren’t alone and please never feel scared to reach out about this even though my gp was useless haha

rant over
