Any home remedies that help ease your lo's symptoms from a nasty head cold. Poor ds, keeps telling me "Mubby (mummy) my nose 'urts"...

Honey and lemon always goes down well in our house. Get her to breathe in the steam as it cools down and chase it with Calpol Get well soon little rant!

Mine love hot (warm) blackcurrant with a spoonful of honey in it.

Rub his chest with Vick - that might help too.

I always give mine warm orange squash and calpol. Sit with her in the bathroom with the shower on for a while to help clear her nose and put either a bowl of water on her radiator or a damp towel. Hope she is better soon.

Honey and Lemon to drink

Followed by Calpol / Nurofen

and a lenghty sit down together in the steamy bathroom. Make it fun and read a story 'in the mist'.
Always works for me, even now with 12 yr old dd

Might be too young for Eucalytus and Olbas Oil, but I highly recommend Karvol on the pillow or on a tissue by LO's bed.
