Hello MN does anyone know what this is,

so all of today I’ve felt really warm (opened my bedroom window wide open but I still felt warm)

I’ve lost my appetite, I had chicken for tea which is usually my favourite but today I just didn’t feel it.

ive had lower back pain but that’s seem to gone. Now it’s pain in my lower right abdomen (I’ve submitted a diagram), it sometimes hurts when I stand up or pee.
when I press or massage the area it’s a sharp stabbing pain

I forgot to add when I walk around I can feel it and the pain

Sounds and looks like appendix or ovary pain...

@twinkleto Do I have to go to the doctors? 😩 I ended up in A&E a few months ago with a UTI.. you might remember my post a few months ago

Could be lots of things and you wont get an accurate diagnosis on here. Ring 111 or try urgent care.

The bit in red you have highlighted looks ovarian, whereas the other symptoms could be a UTI thats travelled to the kidney- hence the feeling hot and cold which is likely a fever. What is your temperature? Any urinary frequency? Is the pain one sided? Any chance you are pregnant? Any history of kidney stones? It could be multiple things, so ring 111 proper advice.

@MarmiteCoriander I’m not urinating frequently and it doesn’t burn. I’m definitely not pregnant and it’s just one sided. I’ll call 111 if it gets worse

Do you have a temperature? How bad on a scale of 1-10 is the pain?

@twinkleto I don’t it’s just like a sort of hot sensation. 4/10 it’s not horrendous pain like I can grit and bear it (I’m a tough cookie) but it’s not like gone if you get me

How old are you? Could it be peri-menopause? Hot flush?

How is your digestion? Excessive farting or rumbling going on?

The only way I knew I had a UTI was when I got loin pain.

I have very intense lower abdominal pains and very bad back pain up to middle part of my back and I have been diagnosed with very cyst prone ovaries. It's the worst pain I've ever felt, when I've had a biggie.

See a dr because it might be appendicitis, which is an emergency. Hope you are OK now OP.
