Hello, I've posted before but I'm back again. I am terrified of the dentist. A while ago the dentist said I had gum disease, I used to see the hygienist and am over due a visit. My bottom front tooth has moved. I notice is as it clicks against the front ones.
They said my gum disease is at the back. Do you think it's worsened? I'm not over due a a dentap check up and I brush twice daily, floss once a day and mouth wash.. is this natural aging I'm 42. Has anyone with gum disease and terrified of pain any tips?
My teeth used to be my best feature... not face masks aren't compulsory I'm so self conscious
