Anyone else want a good moan about how lousy their dp is when you're poorly?

Sorry I know there are many more threads way more justified for a rant but honestly, I have just had to threaten staying at my mums for a couple of days just to get some rest!!

Have just courageously battled getting to London and back for work to a moaning DP who missed footie practice last night coz I was too exhausted to deal with a screaming DS when I got back. Anticipating all hell breaking loose tomorrow if he has to miss watching a game cause I've been ill w3ith a virus for over a week and now snotting blood! No sleep for coughing for 4 days!!!!

at my sorrowful ranting

I am not following your rant
he didn't play Friay night and you don't want him to play tomorrow?

Don't allow him not to help.

Yes dooley and apols for my incoherent rambling. It would just be nice if he asked how I was and if I was ok to man the ship tomorrow while he goes out (rather than just expecting it iyswim)

I'm aware this may not warrent much sympathy, I'm just concerned that I get myself fit for work next week and it helps to write it down
