What is wrong with me?

I'm at my wits end and need help, these are my symptoms and I'm wondering if anyone can figure out what's wrong with me?

I had a blood test with a nurse which has come back with low calcium, follow up appointment with doctor on Monday to discuss all symptoms and blood results.

I'm not sure if these are all related but these are the changes I've noticed. I eat moderately well and do regular exercise so some of these do not make sense.

Weight gain
Puffy face
Bloating
Exhaustion
Change in discharge
Weeing frequently (not a UTI)
Pain during sex

How old are you? Old enough for peri menopause?
Is change in discharge a reduction?
Is pain during sex due to vaginal dryness?

No it's a change in colour and smell (negative for all infections as GP ran a swab couple of times)
Pain is in lower abdomen
