Rash after tetanus vaccination

I had my vaccination on the 18th and I have this rash on my arm which goes nearly round to the back of my arm. It's hot and itchy. It's also swollen

I'm panicking! Is this normal??? Or should I call 111

I had this as a child, the gp said I was allergic to the vaccine and shouldn't have it again.

I would take some piriton and if you are concerned call 111 as I think allergic reactions can be unpredictable.

Just to add my arm was very swollen and it was quite a severe reaction so it's best to speak to your own gp about whether you should have the vaccine going forward based on your reaction.
