Carers for mobility allowance? Help

So I was 2 points away from pip standard allowance (gob smacked but after reading newspapers articles they are notorious for stopping people getting pip) but I was awarded standard mobility allowance however I need my partner to help me here. He works part time but can he claim carers allowance on standard mobility that I was awarded? I don’t know how it all works.

He can only claim carers allowance if you receieve either care rate.

You need the daily living part to claim carers allowance
