So I've been so bloated for about two weeks now. And also noticing I get really tired after eating just the smallest of things. I've also had doorway diarrhoea AND constipation at the same time!
I drink two litres of water day.
I drink 1 or 2 coffees in the morning
I eat mainly couscous, salmon, feta cheese and tomatoes for lunch
I eat muesli for breakfast.
I snack on fruit
I drink wine once a week
I have a very light dinner - something snacky mainly.
I gave up smoking three weeks ago.
ANY IDEA?
