Periods after pregnancy

So I had a c section 6 months ago, my periods have been quite regular however I've noticed that they are heavier with more blood clots? Did this happen to anyone else after having a baby? I had a smear 13 weeks post partum and that came back fine but now I'm worrying they've missed something🙈

Yes I had a c section with twins and they are much heavier than they were before but not unbearably so just noticeably as used to be fairly light and usually gets going a lot quicker compared to previously would have a couple of light days before a heavy day

Oh Thankyou I do remember having quite heavy periods but not like this I started to panic myself, but I was always off and on birth control before I had my little boy so my periods have always been a little messed up.
