No idea how long it's been there but definitely last few months not longer.

There is no harm done getting it checked.
If its new or changed or hurting then you should also have it checked.

remind me of seborrhic keratoses I get. Harmless like most skin things.

I have those too OP and was worried. They turned out to be seborrhoeic keratosis like Ragged says. Have it checked to put your mind at ease though.

Another vote for a seborrhoeic keratosis. They are almost always harmless, but you should get it checked out by your GP.
