Pelvic pain after uti

I had a uti and was prescribed 3 days of trimethoprim. It took away the usual uti symptoms: burning when peeing, urgency, frequency and sore urethra etc.
However a day or two after finishing antibiotics I've a dull pain in my pelvic area, a bit like sore period pains...
Does this just need a while to settle down or more antibiotics. I do feel the antibiotics worked as original symptoms are gone and don't want to take another set unnecessarily but I also want to be back to normal. Thanks

Hi, I've had a similar situation. Main symptoms went after antibiotics but still getting cramps and lower pelvic pain. Ive had more urine tests and blood tests plus a pelvic examination but nothing is showing up.

Did yours ease after a while?
