Hi so my posture is terrible recently I don't exercise enough & I've been working from home for the last 2 years a few days a week & majority sat on my sofa (which I know is awful) I've recently started to work at my kitchen table now/ & a week ago I must have done something to my shoulders as when I do anything, it aches and is sore. I can still move it been using heat pads and ibruprofen but when I move it back now or roll my shoulder it feels like it's clicking!
I don't want to waste the GPs time for my own silliness of not sitting correctly! But I thought it would get better after a few days ConfusedSad

Have you had a look at www.nhs.uk/conditions/shoulder-pain/ ?

It reckons your should see your GP if it hasn't improved in two weeks.

Can you self refer for physio in your area? We just ring and they help work out what needs doing (x-ray/scan/infra red/exercise etc),

because all the doc will do is refer you for physio and maybe recommend some over the counter pain relief... in about 4 weeks time when they ring you back with a consult...
