Since having DS (now 3) I have had bouts of piles.
Pregnant again and after a bout of food poisoning I have piles again.
How can I help them disappear as quickly as possible, they're a bit uncomfortable and the knowledge that I have them makes me feel gross (which is a bit silly really).
I am drinking loads of water and back to eating normal food again with plenty of fruit/veg/fibre etc. Using lashings of anusol.
Any magic tips?!
