Rash - PHOTO!!

I have had this rash on my neck for 2 days now but no idea what it could be..

It's a bit itchy and hot at times and also a bit bumpy.
Any ideas?

I get this in the summer time, I always presumed heat rash it's very annoying

Id see a pharmacist for advice if it’s worrying/irritating you.
