Dizzy, sick, weak, tiered and not myself

im hoping someone can help me work out what could possibly be wrong with me. Since having my son 2 years ago I have felt really not great. I get dizzy often just sitting down, I am constantly tiered and feel sick often. I sometimes have dizzy spells where I get a buzzing in my ear and I have got up in the middle of the night and fainted twice.

it’s starting to really effect my life how tiered and ill I feel all the time. I feel like there is something seriously wrong with me but I have had many blood tests and all come back fine.

has anyone ever heard of all the above symptoms going on for over 2 years and somehow getting worse? I have lost no weight, in fact gained 2 stone.

are there any other tests I should push for with the doctor? He has done a full blood count and checked thyroid. I am honestly at the point where i will cry with relief if I can find out what’s wrong with me.

Sounds like Labyrinthitis a vertigo type thing - family member gets it and is on meds for it which helps immensely. Get to your GP OP

Your symptoms sound a lot like me! Have you found any answers? I’ve had this constant dizziness and not feeling myself since December 2021. My baby was born in March 2021, and I got my period back in November 2021. Bloodwork comes back fine. I’ve gone to the hospital twice for it - it’s so upsetting, but they can’t find anything wrong with me. It’s hard for me to keep care of my kids and work my job. I’ve been tracking symptoms more and wonder if it’s related to my menstrual cycle. I’m wonder if it’s premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD)? Are your symptoms worse in the 2 weeks before your period but get better for a bit after day 1 of your period?

B12 and vitamin D okay?

Is blood iron actually okay? Often its low enough to be symptomatic but not low enough to GP flag
