Name changed for this post.
My partner is 55 and very slightly overweight.
He has always had a small amount of breast tissue one side is larger than the other.
He always jokes and says they are just moobs but I don't think they are simply fat, to me they look more like female breasts the larger side in particular feels fairly firm.
Lately the smaller side seems to be growing, could be my imagination but I'm sure I can feel more there.
He has always been embarrassed by this and dresses carefully to try and hide it.
He is reluctant to speak to GP
He takes Metformin and Circadin I wonder if either could have an effect on male breast growth.
As I said to me it doesn't look or feel like simple fat.
Should we be worried ?
Any one else seen this in middle aged men ?
