Mystery?

So yesterday I was getting breathless really quickly with very minimal activity (think hanging washing or putting shopping away) I became breathless and has tingling hands and felt dizzy.
Covid test negative. No other symptoms and fine when resting.
Used my sats monitor which showed my oxygen level dropping to 80/84.
Fast recovery when seated.
Today it was worse. Just standing is making my sats drop 6-8 points to 85/90.
Been docs who done ECG and taken bloods. Been told to stay seated as much as possible until bloods back Wednesday and if I get worse go to hospital.

I do have pernicious anemia which means my red blood cells are abnormally large.

I'm scared to move. The breathlessness is so worrying.

Anyone had similar?

I would be going to A&E personally. You have low oxygen levels and symptoms- you need to be seen. Did you see a GP or was it just bloods with a nurse?

The advice on the NHS website is quite clear that with shortness of breath and low oxygen sats you should be seeking urgent medical attention. I'd go to hospital (which I know will be a long wait etc. but is it worth messing around with those symptoms?)

Are your oxygen readings totally fine sitting down? If, when resting, they're still on the low side that would be a deciding factor for me to definitely go to A&E asap.

I saw GP this morning who did my ECG and bloods. He checked for signs of clots, did BP and listened to lungs.

When sitting and rested they are fine at 96/98

Bloods back all normal.

I guess I just try and do more each time unless I collapse.
