UTI help

Please help!

I don't usually get UTIs and I'm not sure what's normal.
For the last week I've had stinging after urination and a constant need to pee. Also a dull ache in my back at times.
I tried to get antibiotics online but they were declined as I'm breastfeeding.
My GP can't see me for another few days.

  1. Other than drinking loads of cranberry juice/ water and taking D Mannose powder, is there anything that may help?
  1. As it's been a week, is it unlikely it will get better by itself?

Got some antibiotics! Thanks for the push, I'm glad I didn't have to wait to see my GP mid week.
Now fingers crossed these things work.
