MRI scan this morning

I've had pressure on one side of my head for ages. I've obviously been waiting a long time to be seen. Had a CT scan in March and they want me to have MRI. They said nothing sinister but a lymph node had a grey area? I'm still imaging allsorts.

I've had MRI before and wasn't stressed. I'm just glad to be getting it.

It's the wait for results that's a worry.

They said if I haven't heard in a few weeks ring the consultant.

the way I see it your responsibility was to get yourself to that scanner.
decide what “a few weeks” means, put that in your diary then give yourself permission to think about something else

Yes better than them saying I need to speak to someone there and then.
