Nerve pains/nerve issues

Does anyone here have any nerve related conditions? What does it feel like.

Today I started exploring pain in my knee. It's a sharp dull pain that comes and goes. About every 5 minutes. The pain only lasts for a few seconds. It's bearable and I can work through it. So it's not a tremendous pain.

I have two white patches on my knees and I think it's psoriasis on my knees. I thought maybe it might be that.
But then I experienced these pains before but in different parts of my body. This exact type of pain - sharp/dull pinches that's on and off and only lasts for a second or two. One day it might be in a shoulder, another day in a foot, another day in an area of gum, another day, in my bum. Then other days might be free of pains.

It's only just after clicking with me. I think maybe all of these pains might be connected. I never got them investigated before.

Last week I had pains in an area of gum. I really thought I would need a dentist but I left it for a day and then the next day, the pains were gone.

I will see how I am tomorrow morning and see if the pains in my knees disappear or not.

Are you taking any new medications which could be causing these pains?

Thanks for your reply. No, I am not taking any new medications. I do take some supplements every day.

I take
Vitamin C,
cod liver oil,
Calcium, K2 and vitamin D supplement,
Magnesium at night time.

These are my main supplements taken every day. Sometimes I might add in more supplements like a co enenyze q10 but that's not ever day.

All day yesterday I had pains on and off in my knee. I slept ok last night without pain in my knee and I got up this morning and so far I can't identify any pain in my knee or anywhere else.

I now think all of these pains are now connected. I think it was last week or the week before that when I was experiencing a pain on and off all day in my vulva. The next day pain on and off in an area of gum.

This is so strange.

Have you had shingles or herpes? Both can cause lasting nerve pain . .

No, I never had shingles or herpes.

I never had a bad case of covid either. I had a sore throat from a positive covid case a few weeks ago but I never tested positive so it was a mild case.

I never kept a diary but these pains have been going on for a while now. Over a year now at least but I don't experience pains every day hence why I never took any notice of the pains. When they do happen they tend to last a day and then goes away and then comes back again in a different part of the body another time.

Anyone have any idea as to what this could be?
The pains that come to different body parts. A pinchy feeling pain that lasts for a few seconds at a time and comes and goes for the whole day. Then settles and the same pain emerges somewhere else in the body another time.

It's so weird.

I'm not looking for a diagnosis. I'm just wondering what on earth it could be. Throw some light on it.

My aunt has MS. I wonder would it be something like MS? I haven't a clue.
