Sharp twinge feeling in head?

Does anybody else get random zaps/sharp twinge feeling in areas of their head/brain? I can’t explain the feeling really, it happens in a flash, doesn’t necessarily hurt and doesn’t happen in the same place every time.

I get it sometimes if I turn my head too quickly. Feels like an electric shock.

Yes, I get the same thing quite often, I do feel slightly concerned but then I forget about it.

Yes, but always in the same place in my head. Can be when sitting quietly, on my phone, out and about, eating.. no pattern that I can see.
