How do I keep carrying on?

I am suffering with what I suspected is an embedded uti. I have an appointment at the cuti clinic in harley Street but not until mid August.
I am in so much pain in my bladder and urethra but as my dipstuck and urine samples come back clear I cannot access any help.
I just feel I can't live like this for another 3 months.

Hello! I have the exact same symptoms and experience I am under the LUTS (nhs Harley street) but not feeling any better. Have any of your treatments helped! Are you feeling better at all x

Yes I am feeling better, was initially put on cephalexin which caused awful vaginald symptoms. But then was put on nitro along with hiprex. My last urine sample showed zero counts and I am trialing stopping the nitro and just using hiprex. Fingers crossed but all good so far.
