New here so please bear with me!
My daughter is 3 (4 in June), and has just vomited (lovely!). She has been complaining of stomach pain on and off for a couple of days, and has had hiccups during those 2 days as well. Other than that, she has been fine - playing, eating, sleeping etc normally. We went for a walk earlier, nipped into our local for some dinner, and walked back. She was a bit upset about her tummy hurting on and off throughout the walk, but was also running around, playing on the park etc and she ate most of her dinner.
Does this sound like a sickness bug to you, or more of an irritated stomach that got pushed too far tonight with her running around?
She was sick at 7 tonight, its now nearly 9 and she hasn't been sick again - she is fast asleep so long may it continue!
