Red marks on tounge pic included

Hi so sorry about the pic. I have had these red marks on my tpunge for about 6 months. One has got a bit bigger they don't hurt or anything. Does anyone know what these are ? I'm waiting for a blood test as the dr has ordered one. I know nobody can say for sure. Thanks you

Erythema migrans

Hi it's hard to see from your pictures but it looks a bit like geographic tongue. It's completely harmless but no-one really knows why it happens. I had mine diagnosed at Kings College Hospital dental department and they seemed unconcerned about it. Hope that helps a bit. Seeing the dentist rather than doctor may be more helpful/reassuring.
