dd 2.4 just projectile vomited is it that virus?

i heard a ho0rrible stomach flu going round. she was fine all day then picked her up from childminders to discover her coughing but happy, and a runny nose. then at home had a drink and a plum then ran to me clutching her tummy and projectile vomited over and over. now happy as larry. wanting to drink lots of juice? wha should i expect? could it be that virus>

if yes how long does it last. that one episode took me 2 hours to clean up alone. what should i give her before bed? funnily the coughing has stopped.

Perhaps she has a bit of plum stuck in her throat, that can make them spew prodigiously. If she's fine now don't worry about it, you probably have seen the last of the hurling for the time being
