Hi all, this is my first thread and I am just looking for some positive words. Since last September 2021 I have been ill every few weeks with various viruses including covid, lots of colds, tummy bugs etc. We have two little ones aged 5 and 2.5 years old and it seems that the youngest one who is at nursery keeps bringing all these bugs home as he is ill first and then I’m getting ill. I have had lots of blood tests and other tests such as ECG as had tight chest and increased heart rate with covid and went to hospital with it so they checked the heart too. All tests are normal and I just don’t understand why I’m constantly ill. I’m desperate to get better and not be so tired all the time. Please tell me this gets better

You need to up your intake of vital vitamins such as vitamin D, C and zinc. It's always best to get it from natural food sources rather than a supplement. It's also worth eating foods with iodine, selenium and quercetin. So lots of shellfish for iodine and zinc. Brazil nuts for selenium and fruits and seeds for quercetin. If you don't get enough sun the looks for foods with vitamin D, such as eggs and leafy greens for iron and vitamin C etc.
