Hi everyone. I’m on day five if a horrendous sickness bug . Started feeling better two days ago, ate something yesterday and now feel rotten. My two year old is in day four if the sickness bug . We are struggling to get many fluids or food into her. Last time she had a sickness bug she was admitted to hospital .
my body feels weak so I imagine hers does too. We’ve stayed in bed for the last few days.
anything that can help us feel stronger and begin to feel better please
