Does anyone understand how the read the new WHO growth charts ?

Want to double check the growth heights and weights for my lo.

Have found the charts on telegraph site, but not sure what the rating on the sides of the chart mean -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3

Does anyone know ?

I think they refer to standard diviations above and below the mean. Where is she on the graph?
