Upper back pain from sleeping

I had a baby and now the baby is sleeping through, but I’m not! Nothing has changed, I haven’t been in an accident or damaged my back in anyway and when I go to bed I’m fine, but I now wake throughout the night in pain and am in agony when I get up. The pain starts from just below my bra strap and goes up. Doing a cat sort of stretch in bed on my side feels like it helps maybe? I’m just so baffled as to why this has happened and what I can do about it as it’s something I’m doing when I’m sleeping 🤷‍♀️ I’m so tired 😪

Is it to do with the position you are breastfeeding in? or are you wearing a sling? Juggling cooking with one hand? Maybe you are doing an unusual activity that is trigering the pain?

No sling for months, he got far too big far to quickly. Breastfeeding pain yes- but that’s the standard one I’ve had in my shoulder before and while not great a bit of Thera gunning and it’s fine. This is something I’m now doing in my sleep, that as I move through the day it wears off, go to bed fine and wake up about 7 times a night in agony. Doesn’t seem fair 😢 now he’s sleeping
