Palpitations...normal?

I've had them before, but this time they're really hard and sort of hurting. It feels like my heart is skipping a beat every 10 mins or so. I've tried relaxing. Tried lying still and calm. I take anti depressants and anti anxiety tablets and I have diazepam which I thought would calm it, but no. Do I need to call 111?

Anxiety can cause palpitations. A Doctor told me that they are fairly normal but if you get dizzy, short of breath or pass out with them then you should get checked out. It wouldn't hurt to phone 111 to put your mind at rest though.

ive has these since Covid and a lot of other crap symptoms

If they’re unusual for you then I’d stick o some relaxing music and phone them

Palpitations are normal especially with anxiety, I have them daily, but pain with them should be checked out
