Period delay meds

DH and I are going away in June for a couple's break without the kids. Sod's law - my period tracker shows I'm due on for all 4 days of our break.

I'm considering getting some period delay meds but the one previous time I took them, I still had cramping, which I don't mind but would rather avoid during the holiday.

Would I be able to take them 2 months before I go, to get my cycle on a different track? Or will my body just revert to its preferred time of the month?

Yes you can I did the exact same. I took it for 10 days to delay my period 2 months before my holiday, pushing back my cycles so it was after my holiday.
