Does anyone take prebiotics or similar?

I was wondering if anyone can recommend any prebiotics or anything to help restore the good stomach bacteria. I’ve had a lot of antibiotics over the last year - basically at least one course a month, and my stomach just isn’t right I get indigestion and feel bloated a lot and I’m sure it’s down to so many antibiotics. Is there anything that helps?

I don't know, but I took a course of prebiotics after an infection recently. I'm not sure they helped, and I think I read that they were too dry to be useful. Things that will help include fruits and veg, kefir, yoghurt (live), sauerkraut, kimchi, miso and kombucha. According to the Zoe covid study nutrition research. And unprocessed cheese, which some is anyway, but not all-every supermarket cheese stall labels which. Personally I didn't like kimchi. All of that list are live fermented foods, which add good bacteria back to your gut.

Yes bimuno for prebiotics.
