FIT test result

I am being investigated for gastritis/stomach ulcer as I've had nausea, bloating and stomach pain. Had a FIT test that has come back with a result of 4.0. Google generally seems to say that a positive result is 10+ but some websites say 4+. I will call my GP to discuss the results (if I can ever get through) but wondered if anyone knows if this is a good/bad result?

I'm surprised you got a numerical result... most (Canadian) web sites say you will be told "negative result" or "further testing needed". I think you will have to talk to your doctor. Sorry to be so unhelpful.

As you know, "Dr. Google" is always available, but not the most reliable source of infomation.
