Does this look infected?

I had a contraceptive implant fitted 1 week ago. It’s still really sore and is quite red around it. Does it look infected? Nothing is leaking from it but I don’t know if it should have stopped being sore by now!

Does it feel warm to touch?

Yes

Has the redness spread at all?

Assuming you’re otherwise well I’d call the clinic that fitted it, or your gp surgery, in the morning to get it checked.
