Anti inflammatory diet anyone?

Hi
I have been reading about this in Dr Chaterjees excellent 4 pillars book.

Does anyone follow it?

Looking to support my body as I recover with Covid , hit perimenopause and have a few issues around asthma and the beginning of some arthritis/swollen joints.

Any thoughts/advice would be great. Thanks.

Haven't read the book, but a Mediterranean style diet with zero/very few professed foods is considered to to anti-inflammatory.

It's easy to do if you cook for yourself, difficult if you like to eat out, buy sandwiches at coffee shops or eat at other people's homes.

Yes I do love eating out and buying my lunch! So I’ll need to rethink.
