Swollen lips ? Advice please.

Hello !
looking for some thoughts - I have noticed over the last year or so … when I’m flushed or in a hot environment , my lips become swollen ( photo attached ) they go down after sometime, but become hot when they are. Do you think this is just due to heat ? Or maby a food reaction.
I may go for a food intolerance test ? Thoughts please.

Have you tried taking any antihistamines?

Do you get any hives at the same time?

See your GP and show them the picture. If you're aware of any food triggering it particularly, best to avoid it until you've had a chance to discuss with a doctor. Don't pay for a direct access food intolerance test as they are pretty unreliable; the NHS ones are better if you end up needing to go down that route.
