Ulcer/soreness after dental injections?

Hello,
Has anyone had this? On Friday I had 3 injections for a filling in my back tooth
A few hours after I did feel a sore lump inside my cheek on that side. Ever since my cheek has felt very sore and bruised and there's a big ulcer inside my cheek
Is this just a coincidedental ulcer or something caused by the injection? I'm away until Friday now so can't go back :(

You’ve probably bitten your cheek whilst you were numb.

Maybe if they had metalwork / hard plastic in your mouth while doing the filling or whatever you had done- I've had ulcers from where the suction thingy was sitting before, but didn't feel it was hurting at the time because it was numb.
