Frozen shoulder- or is it?

I had a diagnosed frozen shoulder a few years ago that eventually thawed and cleared up. Currently have the same symptoms but the locus of pain/ discomfort isn’t on my shoulder but 4-6 inches lower at the front of my upper arm muscle.
no trauma when it started a couple of weeks ago and the pain/discomfort/ stiffness has been consistent since then.
Any ideas appreciated
Thanks

It could be. Mine started really slowly, just a generic upper arm twinge, sometimes into my shoulder blade. Within 2 months I couldn't move it.

If you've had it before you unfortunately know what to expect. I'd get to the gp pronto.

I currently have this. I've been to a physio but the exercises aren't helping. Is there any other treatment?

Last time I had a steroid injection and that didn’t help, sorry, I think it’s all about giving it time. A physio I worked with at the time said 6 months freezing, 6 months frozen and 6 months thawing miserable isn’t it
