Looking for good quality vitamins recommendations

I’m in my 50s, I take Vit D (with K2) by oral spray. But I would also like to take Vit C with Zinc. Preferably together so I’m not taking lots of different tablets.
Two questions
1: there are so many out there and how do I know I’m getting a decent one with the right dose?
2: I’m rubbish at swallowing big tablets, is it possible to get these as a chewy /gummy type thing? Or better still a spray?
3: is there anything else I should be taking?

  1. Thorne basic Nutrients 2/Day
  2. Gummies are rubbish. There is more filling, sugar and colouring than vitamins and minerals. Spray is not an option for all your needs, but only specific vitamins (D, B12, ...) . Not all multivitamin are big tablets.
  3. EPA-DHA
