I have my first adult eye test this weekend (I'm 33!) and I'm feeling really anxious about it. I've had fairly good eyesight all my life, never really noticed it to be completely honest but in the last month or two I've noticed that I can't read things as far away as I used to or make out details like faces from a distance as much. Everything I've head about aging eyesight only suggests that near vision changes? It feels like it's my left eye that makes things blurry if that makes any sense at all. Worried I won't be able to communicate clearly about what's going on/what I can or can't seem
Also freaking out because I know that they can tell a lot about general health from your eyes and I'm worried there's something more sinister waiting to be found. Health anxiety?!
