I started on Monday. Day 1. fruit and veg raw. Fresh juices, herb teas. Day 2. same, but add cooked fruit and veg. Day 3. add healthy grains and pulses that's today.
Day 2 is the worst, by the end of the week I will be eating everything again and feeling so full of energy.
I want to do this about once a month before I have slipped into bad shopping/eating habits again. Anyone interested in joining me?
