What are the first symptoms of this d & v bug that is doing the rounds?

Earlier this morning I suddenly came over all warm and sick at work and needed to run to the loo a couple of times (runs , since getting home my stomach feels as though it is about to burst and I still feel v sick.

Could it be the start of this bug or does that come on all at once. Because of where I work I need to be careful and don't want to go in if i could be a 'carrier' of this bug.

I think one of the symptoms is uncontrollable vomiting, which could be your full tummy feeling i guess. I understand it starts with the runs too.

I'm worried too. I work in a hospital where we have closed wards due to it. I am isolating myself in my office and refusing to mingle in staff canteen these days.

Mine started with terrible diarrhoea then after a couple of hours of that was uncontrollable vomiting.

If youve managed to hold it off all day its not the Norovirus

Sounds like it is. Doesn't always cause vomiting in adults.
