... how long is it before it makes you ill?

I've only ever had 2 stomach upsets (campylobacter and noro) in my 66 years, so am woefully ignorant of how they work. I've got really bad cramps and nausea, plus shivers, and am wondering what I might have eaten to upset me.

I haven't seen anyone who's been ill, or anyone at all, for a few days, so it's not likely to be anything I've caught from anyone.

I rather feel as though I'm heading

I remember eating some unknown (to me) seafood abroad around 7pm..spent the night from 11pm on the loo with a pillow and a bucket!
