Period Pants!

Hello my eldest is approaching the age where she’ll start her period. Which I’ve talked through with her. I am thinking of getting in some period pants. What happens at school/during the day with periods? She swims at school once a week.

also do Girl’s change their period pants at school then put them in a bag to bring home?

My DD doesn’t change at school but she wears a pad too. The pad can then be removed at lunchtime and the pants do their work for the remainder of the day. They aren’t allowed much time to use toilets so she does this for quickness as taking off shoes and tights etc would take too long. Modibodi do excellent period swimming costumes as an aside.
