5 year old son’s foot. Doesn’t seem to be bothering him too much. Do I need to get it looked at by anyone? Or will it go away on its own.

I think its a little infected blister. Wash his foot, pop it and wash it out. Plaster on, done, I think. Does it feel like a blister?

Yes, I'd say a verruca. Plenty of home treatments now, but you have to be persistent with them.
