Blood test results (I’m worried)

Any doctors here?
I asked my GP surgery to email me my test results, I haven’t spoken to a doc yet!
But have the results
Kappa light chain result is 24.6 mg/l
Vit D was also 15 (I know very low)
Does anyone know what the top results mean?

You’re right the D is low.
re the kappa light chain context is everything
ie; why were the bloods done?
what are the other light chain results
do you have a FBC result?
Blood film?
Sorry but it’s not easy to interpret stand alone results with no other results, lab reference ranges or clinical context

I have aches in my arms and legs like joint pain & fatigue that’s why I had my bloods done.
kappa&lambda- 1.94 ratio
lambda- 12.69
kappa-24.63
all other results -no action
don’t think I had FBC

Hi @Kirstyyypops i was worried about the kappa results as after googling it scared the hell out of me! Basically they tested a strand of the kappa results and all was fine. Hope this helps, speak to your GP about your results
