I have external piles which I have had for years since given birth occasionally gives me problems, diagnosed by dr quite a few years ago. If I get constipated or diarhea I notice a bit of blood when wiping but that’s it really. This time, I noticed a bit of blood when wiping and it soils my underwear a little, feels quite itchy and occasionally a bit sore. It’s been like this for 2 days, it’s bright red blood, actually just. a smear of blood left on underwear and when wiping, so it’s really not a lot, just never had this before, I’m not constipated. So drinking lots of water too keep everything moving along, but just concerned its still bleeding even though it’s a tiny amount. I’m pretty sure it’s external piles as if I touch the area it’s very very sore, and feels like a bump. Will the bleeding just eventually stop? Anybody experienced this before, thank you.

Get a bidet attachment. Put hydrocortisone cream on the piles after rinsing. It's the only way to live with them long term. And yes, the bleeding will stop on its own within a few days. Go to the doctor if it doesn't.
