Hello, has anyone experienced waking up suddenly with a racing heart and then suddenly shaky? I have no idea if this is a panic attack, my gerd or from my period.This has happened to me recently and then after the racing heart subsides my stomach starts to gurgle ,make non stop noises and I feel quite nauseous....
